Pulmonary Rehabilitation Survey
In May 2007, The Australian Lung Foundation carried out a survey of the approximately 160 pulmonary rehabilitation programs that is has on its books. The purpose of the survey was to gather national information on:
-
Availability of pulmonary rehabilitation and maintenance programs
-
Waiting lists to access pulmonary rehabilitation
-
Barriers experienced in running or establishing pulmonary rehabilitation
-
Funding mechanisms
-
Areas where The Australian Lung Foundation could assist
A copy of the final report of the survey summarises the key findings.
