Lung Foundation Australia is proud to announce that registration for the 2013 Inaugural Australian Rare Lung Disease Short Course is officially open. The Registration brochure and Application Form can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.

The 1.5 day short course co-hosted by the Thoracis Society of Australia & New Zealand (TSANZ) and Lung Foundation Australia as part of their Pulmonary Interstitial Vascular Organisational Taskforce (PIVOT) initiative  will focus on diagnosis and therapy for Interstitial Lung Disease  and scientific research.

Presentations will be given by international speaker Professor Vincent Cottin from the University of Lyon, France  and  leading Australian specialists in Interstitial Lung Disease.

Included with your registration to the short course is a Gala Dinner to be held on the Friday night (9th August 2013) at the Intercontinental Hotel. The dinner will be a great social and networking opportunity to meet and catch up with colleagues who share your interest in Rare Lung Disease in Australia.

Due to the intriguing and educational program, it is anticipated the conference will attract clinicians, physicians, advanced trainees and scientists involved in interstitial and idiopathic lung disease including:

  • Physicians;
  • Surgeons;
  • Pathologists;
  • Advanced Trainees;
  • Clinical Scientists; and
  • Researchers

The format for this short course will be multidisciplinary and interactive. Attendance numbers are strictly limited to 120 delegates. REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS, PER REGISTRATION CATEGORY. Please register early to avoid disappointment.
