iPods etc:

 To ensure safety of all competitors and event officials, no iPods, Walkmans or other such devices will be allowed for use whilst competing in the event.

Late entries:

Entries will not be permitted on the day.

Event Prizes:

Prizes will be awarded for the following:

• 5km run - 1st female / 1st male

Event Pack:

All participants will receive a free event pack at the commencement of the event, including race number. Contents to include giveaways and offers from our event sponsors.

Event T-shirt:

Everyone who competes in this event will receive a T-shirt in the event pack. NB: organizers will endeavour to provide you with the size indicated on your entry form.

However, as these T-shirts are pre-ordered, we cannot guarantee everyone will receive their nominated size.
