The Australian Lung Foundation will hold the 2011 Annual General Meeting at the Media Suite, Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre, Perth, Western Australia on 1 April 2011 at 9.00am. At the meeting, The Australian Lung Foundation National Council will present a resolution seeking members to vote on a Special Resolution to approve an updated Constitution for The Australian Lung Foundation.

To assist members to review and consider the updated Constitution, the following documents are provided for consideration.

1.   “Executive Summary of Amendments to the Constitution” – this summary outlines the key proposed changes to the Constitution and shows the reasons why the National Council believed that the Constitution needs updating.

2.   “AGM Proposed Constitution” – this document is the Constitution updated with the proposed amendments and will be the document that the members will be voting for by the Special Resolution.
